Historic Dublin/Bri-Hi District

Come rediscover life in the slow lane in Historic Dublin ... also known as the Bri-Hi District (for its location at the crossroads of Bridge & High Streets.) Nestled on the banks of the Scioto River, this is where the original village of Dublin stood (1810). Wander the brick-lined sidewalks. Take a self-guided walking tour and marvel at the charming examples of early 19th-century architecture--where all of the buildings are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Browse through quaint shops--shop for Irish imports, unique fashions and jewelry, children's apparel and toys, yarns, home decor, art, candy, coffee and teas. Take time to enjoy a leisurely lunch at one of the many signature Dublin restaurants in the Historic District--or sip a glass of wine or ice tea on an outdoor patio. Note: Most Historic Dublin businesses are closed on Sunday. Call ahead for hours.
