Opening Ceremonies presented by Washington Township
When: Sunday, August 15
Where: Dublin Coffman Park
Time: 5pm - 9pm
Cost: FREE
Join us as we officially kick-off the 2010 Can-Am Police-Fire Games. In typical Dublin fashion, this event will be full of family activities and perfect for competitors and Dublin residents alike. Evening activities include:
- Opening Ceremony - Bagpipes, Color Guard & Dignitary Speeches
- K-9 Demonstration
- SWAT Display
- Live Concert by Phil Dirt and The Dozers
- Participatory Games for the family - including inflatables
- Vehicle Display - medical and police helipcopters, police cars, fire trucks, EMS vehicles and antique fire vehicles
- Plenty of food and beverages
Putts, Pints & Party
When: Tuesday, August 17
Where: Digger & Finch @ The Golf Centre of Dublin
Time: 6pm - 8pm
Cost: $5 per person
Enjoy a lively evening at Digger & Finch Scottish Grille and Pub. Enjoy great food, live entertainment and golf greens galore together in one location. Complimentary access to the driving range and other practice areas also included. Complimentary buffet to include: 2 kinds of pasta, meatballs, salad, veggie and garlic bread.
$5 fee includes complimentary hors d'oeuvres, live entertainment and free access to the golf practice facility.
Slainte Thursday Pub Tour in Historic Dublin
**Pin/Patch/Coin Trading Night**
When: Thursday, August 19
Where: Historic Dublin
Time: 5pm - 11pm
Cost: FREE
An Emerald Isle pub tour in the heart of Dublin, Ohio. Historic Dublin's Slainte Thursday events feature live music at Irish Pubs, outdoor artists and food and drink specials in the restaurants. Can-Am events that will be held that evening in Historic Dublin will be the Cycling Criterium and Chili Cook-off.
**Pin, Patch & Coin Trading Night**
Join fellow competitors in trading your department pins, patches and challenge coins. Trading will take place at two different times and locations:
- 7pm at the Dublin Village Tavern
- 10pm at Brazenhead
Royal Caribbean Splash Night
When: Friday, August 20
Where: Tartan Fields Golf Club
Time: 7pm - 10pm
Cost: $15 per person
It's an adults-only island evening in Dublin presented by Royal Caribbean and Creative Vacations. This festive event features a caribbean themed dinner buffet, complete with cold tropical beverages and hot music by Island Breeze. So leave your cares and the kids behind for a few hours while you hang out by the pool Caribbean-style!
$15 fee includes dinner buffet, pool access and live entertainment. Cash Bar.
Badge Bash - presented by Get Behind The Badge
When: Saturday, August 21
Where: Dublin's Coffman Park
Time: 4pm - 1am
Cost: $10 per person
Join our official charity, Get Behind The Badge, at the Badge Bash at Coffman Park. An exciting pipes and drum Ta Tu will be held from 6pm - 9pm followed by a live concert by 70 West from 10pm - 1am. Panini's will be serving the food as well as cold beer and other beverages. A raffle will also be held throughout the evening. Come out and enjoy the last night of the 2010 Can-Am Games and support Get Behind The Badge!

Guns 'N Hoses Lounge
When: Monday, August 16 - Saturday, August 20
Where: Crowne Plaza Bar
Time: 10pm - 1am
Cost: FREE
Looking for a place to unwind after the day's competition? Well you've found it! Join fellow competitors at the official late-night hangout of the Can-Am Games. Nightly drink specials and a great place to meet new friends are what's in store here. Just bring you participant ID as this area is not open to the public.
Vendor Expo
When: Wednesday, August 18 from 4pm - 8pm
Thursday, August 19 from 7am - 12pm
Where: Host Hotel, Crowne Plaza Dublin
Cost: FREE
Come and visit a wide selection of Police and Fire vendors as the display the various products that they have to offer. And while you're here, you can visit a special early-opening of the Guns 'N Hoses Lounge.
